CIRQUE DU SOLEIL JOYÀ

Promotion Validity: From February 6th to February 16th, 2025.

This promotion is valid for a 25% (twenty-five percent) discount off the public rate when purchasing adult ticket(s) for access to the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ show (hereinafter referred to as the "Show"), subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"):

  1. When purchasing adult ticket(s) in any of the following categories: Solo Show Experience, Show Experience with Premium Seats, Drinks and Canapés (sections 6&7), Show & Dinner Experience, and VIP Show & Dinner Experience, you will receive a 25% (twenty-five) discount off the current public rate for access to the Show by using the promotional code “AMOR25” at the time of purchase.
  2. The promotion is valid for the purchase of tickets for the Show in the aforementioned categories, through the website www.cirquedusoleil.com/joya, by calling the Customer Service Center from the USA or Canada at 1-844-247-7837, from anywhere in Mexico at 800-2477837, or from the rest of the world at +52-322-176-1421, or directly at the box office at the venue where the Show takes place, using the promotional code “AMOR25.” This promotion is limited to a maximum of 10 (ten) tickets per order and/or per person.
  3. Tickets purchased through this promotion can be used from February 6th to February 16th, 2025, during the days and hours of operation published on the website www.cirquedusoleil.com/joya or at the entrance of the Show. Access to the Show is subject to availability, temporary closure, and/or changes in operating hours, which may vary and be modified without prior notice or liability to Cirque du Soleil and/or Vidafel, S.A. de C.V., due to reasons such as, but not limited to, force majeure, weather conditions, remodeling, area maintenance, among others.
  4. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
  5. The promotion is only applicable to "adult" category tickets.
  6. The promotion applies only to the purchase of tickets for access to the Show and its respective add-ons in the selected category. Any other product or service may be purchased separately.
  7. The promotion is subject to change without prior notice and is subject to the maximum capacity availability of the Show, which will be determined at the sole discretion of the Show’s operating company.

Courts located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, will have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters related to this promotion.
