Validity of the Promotion: January 1st, 2026 to December 30th, 2026.
Promotion valid to receive a 15% (fifteen percent) discount off the public rate on the purchase of your adult ticket(s) to access the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ show (hereinafter the "Show"), abiding by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"):
1. When purchasing your adult ticket(s) in the following categories: Show-Only Experience, Show Experience with Premium Seats, Drinks & Appetizers (section 6 & 7), Show & Dinner Experience, and VIP Show & Dinner Experience, you will receive a 15% (fifteen percent) discount on the current public Show access rate. by using the promotional code "SHOW15" at the time of purchase.
2. Promotion valid for purchasing tickets for the Show in the aforementioned categories through the web page www.cirquedusoleil.com/joya, at the ticket office; by telephone through our Call Center by calling 1-844-247-7837 from the USA or Canada, 800-247-7837 from anywhere in Mexico or +52-322-176-1421 from the rest of the world, using the promotional code "SHOW25." Promotion is limited to purchasing a maximum of 10 (ten) tickets per purchase order and/or person.
3. Tickets to access the Show purchased through this Promotion may be used from January 1st, 2026 to December 30th, 2026, and during the days and hours of operation published on the website www.cirquedusoleil.com/joya or at the theater entrance. Access to the Show is subject to availability. Temporary closure and/or change of operating hours may vary and be modified without prior notice or liability for Cirque du Soleil and/or Vidafel, S.A. de C.V., for reasons such as, but not limited to, fortuitous event or force majeure, climatic phenomena, remodeling, or area maintenance, among others.
4. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
5.The promotion is only applicable to "adult" category tickets.
6. The Promotion applies only to purchasing tickets to access the Show and its respective complements according to the selected category. Any other product(s) or service(s) may be purchased separately.
7. The Promotion is subject to change without notice and subject to availability due to the Show's maximum capacity, determined at the discretion of the Show operator.
8. The Show is operated under its own policies, which must be respected during the Show's entire duration, the terms and conditions of which may be consulted at https://teatrovidanta.com/termsandconditions/.

P. 77710 and shall be governed by the applicable Mexican laws. The courts residing in Guadalajara, Jalisco, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and competence for any matter related to the present.
