TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This promotion is provided to Designated Members with an active Contract for Lodging Rights and Services with Desarrollo Marina Vallarta, S.A. de C.V. and/or RGL Arrendadora de Inmuebles, S.A. de C.V. (individually and collectively, the “Company”). The promotion is provided by the Company and is usable only if the Designated Member makes a new reservation for a vacation at any of the Company’s affiliated resorts with a check-in date before December 15th, 2024 (a “Qualifying Reservation”).
In order to book your vacation, contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-292-9446, providing the following promotion code: CELEBRATESEASON. This promotion is valid only for Members who make a Qualifying Reservation, and any Benefit provided pursuant to this promotion is usable solely by such Designated Member, who must be the registered occupant of the unit booked through the Qualifying Reservation, and such Designated Member’s registered guests residing in the same unit as the Designated Member during the Qualifying Reservation (such Designated Member and such Designated Member’s registered guests are referenced herein (as well as in any additional terms and conditions applicable to each individual Benefit provided hereunder), individually and collectively, as “Guest”). All reservations are subject to availability. This promotion does not apply to vacations booked during the weeks of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
At the moment of making a new reservation, Guest will be entitled to select only one one-time-only Benefit from a list of six. The Benefit is subject to availability and may not be offered at all the Vidanta destinations. Any cancellation or modification to the reservation may result in the cancellation of the Benefit. Once the Benefit has been confirmed, the selection cannot be modified by the Guest.
This one-time-only Benefit is nontransferable, noncumulative with other promotion(s), nonredeemable for cash, in whole or in part, does not apply to weeks being used under a senior certificate, and may not be used through exchange companies or rental agencies. The Benefit must be used during the Qualifying Reservation in connection with which it is granted and may not be used during additional or future reservations. Guest will not be reimbursed for any unused portion of this promotion or the Benefit.

Exclusively available for Qualifying Reservations at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta
Member will receive 4 (four) BON Luxury Theme Park tickets, a $200 USD dining credit within the park, and 20 (twenty) complimentary Midway Game tickets. All benefits must be used during the same week of the reservation in connection with which the benefit is granted. Tickets can be reserved through our Customer Care Center before arrival or with Concierge at the time of check-in. Once confirmed, tickets are non-transferable, non-cumulative with other promotions, and non-redeemable for cash. BON tickets are subject to availability as well as additional terms and conditions. Dining credits and Midway Game tickets must be used during the same visit. Credits are not reimbursable, do not apply to any other resort consumptions, and must be used within the park. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
BENEFIT: THE ULTIMATE JUNGALA EXPERIENCE

Member will receive 4 (four) tickets for Jungala Aqua Experience, a $200 USD dining credit within the park, and a private cabana (relaxation experience). All benefits must be used during the same week of the reservation in connection with which the benefit is granted. Tickets can be reserved with Concierge at the time of check-in. Once confirmed, tickets are non-transferable, non-cumulative with other promotions, non-redeemable for cash, and are not usable during any time period other than the reservation in connection with which they are granted. Jungala Aqua Experience tickets are subject to additional terms and conditions published at https://www.jungala.com/avisos/en/termsofpurchase.pdf. Dining credits and cabana use must be used during the same visit. Dining credits are not reimbursable, do not apply to any other resort consumptions, and must be used within the Park. Any unused amount will be forfeited.

Member will receive the choice of 4 (four) Premium Seats, Drinks & Appetizer tickets or 2 (two) Show & Dinner Experience tickets for Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ, plus one complimentary Meet and Greet Experience. The benefits must be used during the same week of the reservation in connection with which the benefit is granted. Tickets can be reserved with Concierge at the time of check-in. Once confirmed, tickets are non-transferable, non-cumulative with other promotions, non-redeemable for cash, and not usable during any time period other than the reservation in connection with which they are granted. Upgrades are available for purchase at the box office. Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ tickets are subject to additional terms and conditions published at https://teatrovidanta.com/termsandconditions. The Meet and Greet Experience must be redeemed on the same day as the tickets and includes a 5 to 10-minute after-show meet and greet with an artist of Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ. There is no guarantee on the specific characters attending the meet and greet, and the number of artists may vary. This experience is subject to availability and is subject to change without prior notice.
BENEFIT: THE ULTIMATE DINING EXPERIENCE

Member will receive a resort credit equivalent to USD $500.00 (five hundred US dollars) or its equivalent in the legal currency of the Mexican Republic. The resort credit must be used exclusively towards a dinner at their restaurant of choice and will be settled at the time of check-out at the front desk. The credit may not be applied toward other resort charges or restaurant bills. The resort credit must be used during the reservation in connection with which it is granted and may not be used during additional or future reservations. The resort credit is non-transferable, non-cumulative with other promotions, and non-redeemable for cash. Additionally, members will receive a complimentary bottle of Vidanta’s 50th anniversary limited edition red wine, which must be enjoyed during the stay and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
BENEFIT: THE ULTIMATE VIP EXPERIENCE

FREE BUFFET BREAKFAST FOR TWO: Guests will receive complimentary buffet breakfast for two, to enjoy during every day of their Qualifying Reservation. The complimentary breakfast does not include service charges. Please note that hours may vary by destination. A la carte breakfast options do not qualify for this Benefit. RESORT CREDIT: Member will receive a resort credit equivalent to USD 500 (five hundred dollars) or its equivalent in the legal currency of the Mexican Republic during the Qualifying Reservation. Resort credits can be used only at resort venues and will be settled at the time of checkout at the front desk. Credit may not be applied toward third-party restaurant bills, not be applied toward Vidanta Elegant Ultra Mega Yacht may not be redeemed for cash or reimbursed. The resort credit must be applied during the corresponding reservation and may not be applied to additional or future reservations. Member will not be reimbursed for any unused portion of this promotion. GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Guests will receive as a one-time exclusive Benefit complimentary ground transportation from the airport to the resort and back. Transportation must be requested at least 5 (five) days prior to arrival by completing the Pre-Check In process at https://precheckin.vidanta.com/. Please note that this service is provided by an external third party, and additional terms and conditions may apply. SIGNATURE COCKTAILS: Guest will receive 2 (two) complimentary 50th Anniversary Signature Cocktails, during the same week of the reservation. Cocktails may be requested upon check-in or at any of the resort venues where they are offered. This benefit is subject to availability.
This promotion is in no way intended as, nor may it be construed as, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy timeshare, lodging rights, or any similar product or service and may not be construed to modify or become part of any Contract for Lodging Rights and Services or any other contract. All services associated with this promotion are provided in Mexico.
Any dispute related in any way to this promotion, or any related benefit or promotion shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth herein. Guest acknowledges and agrees that any claim, controversy, or dispute relating in any way to the promotion, any related promotion, or any goods, services, and/or amenities provided thereunder shall, unless voluntarily resolved by mutual agreement of Guest and the Company under the conciliatory procedures of Mexico’s Consumer Protection Agency, be resolved exclusively and finally under the Rules of Arbitration of the Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM) by one arbitrator of Mexican nationality. The place of the arbitration shall be Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and the applicable law shall be the law of Mexico, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. Guest agrees that the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any action to enforce or nullify the decision of the arbitrator, and Guest expressly waives any right to pursue any claim arising out of or related in any way to the promotion or any related promotion in any other jurisdiction or venue that might otherwise be claimed by reason of any present or future domicile or otherwise. By accepting or using this promotion, Guest acknowledges that Guest understands and agrees to these terms and conditions, as well as the additional terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions section of celebratewithus.vidanta.com.
