TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This promotion is provided to Designated Members with an active Contract for Lodging Rights and Services with Desarrollo Marina Vallarta, S.A. de C.V. and/or RGL Arrendadora de Inmuebles, S.A. de C.V. (individually and collectively, the “Company”). The promotion is provided by the Company and is usable only if Designated Member makes a new reservation for a vacation at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta or Vidanta Riviera Maya with a check-in date between September 26th and October 31st, 2024 (a “Qualifying Reservation”).
To book your vacation, contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-292-9446, providing the following promotion code: GOLDENVIP. This promotion is valid only for Designated Members who make a Qualifying Reservation, and any Benefit provided under this promotion is usable solely by such Member, who must be the registered occupant of the unit booked through the Qualifying Reservation, and such Designated Member’s registered guests residing in the same unit as Designated Member during the Qualifying Reservation (such Designated Member and such Designated Member’s registered guests are referenced herein (as well as in any additional terms and conditions applicable to each Benefit provided hereunder), individually and collectively, as “Guest”). All reservations are subject to availability.
At the moment of making a new reservation, Guest will receive the following one-time-only Benefits:
FREE BUFFET BREAKFAST FOR TWO
Guests will receive complimentary buffet breakfast for two, to enjoy during every day of their Qualifying Reservation. The complimentary breakfast does not include service charges. Please note that hours may vary by destination. A la carte breakfast options do not qualify for this Benefit.
RESORT CREDIT
Member will receive a resort credit equivalent to USD 100.00 (one hundred dollars) or its equivalent in the legal currency of the Mexican Republic during every day of the Qualifying Reservation, limited to 7 days. Resort credits can be used only at resort venues and will be settled at the time of checkout at the front desk. Credit may not be applied toward third-party restaurant bills, not be applied toward Vidanta Elegant Ultra Mega Yacht may not be redeemed for cash or reimbursed. The resort credit must be applied during the corresponding reservation and may not be applied to additional or future reservations. Member will not be reimbursed for any unused portion of this promotion.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Guests will receive as a one-time exclusive Benefit complimentary ground transportation from the airport to the resort and back. Transportation must be requested at least 5 (five) days prior to arrival by completing the Pre-Check In process at https://precheckin.vidanta.com/. Please note that this service is provided by an external third party, and additional terms and conditions may apply. This service is exclusively offered at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta and Vidanta Riviera Maya.
50th ANNIVERSARY PARTY
Guest will receive 2 (two) complimentary tickets to the 50th Anniversary Party, during the same week of the reservation. Tickets may be reserved in advance with Concierge, and if needed additional tickets may be purchased separately. Tickets to the 50th Anniversary Party include complimentary buffet-style dinner, domestic open bar, and live entertainment. The event is subject to availability, and the schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
SIGNATURE COCKTAILS
Guest will receive 2 (two) complimentary 50th Anniversary Signature Cocktails, during the same week of the reservation. Cocktails may be requested upon check-in or at any of the resort venues where they are offered. This benefit is subject to availability.
The Benefits are subject to availability and may not be offered at all the Vidanta destinations. Any cancellation or modification to the reservation may result in the cancellation of the Benefits.
This one-time-only Benefits are nontransferable, noncumulative with other promotion(s), nonredeemable for cash, in whole or in part, do not apply to weeks being used under a senior certificate, and may not be used through exchange companies or rental agencies. The Benefits must be used during the Qualifying Reservation in connection with which it is granted and may not be used during additional or future reservations. Guest will not be reimbursed for any unused portion of this promotion or the Benefits.
This promotion is in no way intended as, nor may it be construed as, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy a timeshare, lodging rights, or any similar product or service and may not be construed to modify or become part of any Contract for Lodging Rights and Services or any other contract. All services associated with this promotion are provided in Mexico.
Any dispute related in any way to this promotion, or any related benefit or promotion shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth herein. Guest acknowledges and agrees that any claim, controversy, or dispute relating in any way to the promotion, any related promotion, or any goods, services, and/or amenities provided thereunder shall, unless voluntarily resolved by mutual agreement of Guest and the Company under the conciliatory procedures of Mexico’s Consumer Protection Agency, be resolved exclusively and finally under the Rules of Arbitration of the Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM) by one arbitrator of Mexican nationality. The place of the arbitration shall be Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and the applicable law shall be the law of Mexico, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. Guest agrees that the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any action to enforce or nullify the decision of the arbitrator, and Guest expressly waives any right to pursue any claim arising out of or related in any way to the promotion or any related promotion in any other jurisdiction or venue that might otherwise be claimed by reason of any present or future domicile or otherwise. By accepting or using this promotion, Guest acknowledges that Guest understands and agrees to these terms and conditions.
