Promotion valid for the purchase of tickets for Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ only through the www.cirquedusoleil.com/joya website using the promo code “PLAY30”. The discount applies in the following categories: Show Only Experience, Show Experience with Premium Seats, Drinks & Appetizers (section 6&7), Show & Dinner Experience and VIP Show & Dinner Experience according to availability published on the website. Promotion is limited to the purchase of maximum 10 (ten) passes per order, per person and per show. Children of 3 years and up pay full ticket. Promotion subject to availability.
Tickets purchased through this promotion can be used for performances from January 1st to December 31st, 2024, during the days and hours of operation in functions published on our website www.cirquedusoleil.com/joya and/or at the entrance of the theater. Access to Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ is subject to availability, closure and/or change of hours of operation, which may vary and be modified without prior notice or liability to Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ, for reasons such as, but not limited to, weather phenomena, remodeling, area maintenance, among others. No cancellations, no refunds.
This is a one-time, non-transferable, non-combinable promotion with other promotion(s) or certificate(s) or benefit(s). The discount does not apply for consumption of food and beverages, merchandise, and / or any other service offered inside the theater.
If you require an invoice for the purchase of ticket(s), you must request it by sending an email to customerservice@cdsrivieramaya.com with the following information: (i) full name or company name; (ii) Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC); (iii) address; (iv) email; (v) order number; (vi) date of attendance to the event. The period for the invoice request will be, without extension, from the day of purchase until the last business day of the month corresponding to the purchase, regardless of whether the service is enjoyed in days or months after the date of purchase. As an exception to the indicated period above, it is only appropriate to request an invoice in the subsequent month(s) when the ticket(s) were purchased the last day of the month; in which case, you may request your invoice until the second business day of the month following the purchase of your ticket(s). Once the billing information has been provided, you will receive the corresponding document within a period of no more than 72 (seventy-two) hours in the email provided for this purpose. Only one invoice is issued for the total ticket(s) purchased and not for each ticket. In case you do not receive the invoice in the indicated period of time, you must contact us via email or by calling Customer Service, where one of our advisors will attend to your request.
Vidafel, S.A. de C.V., (hereinafter "Vidafel") is responsible for the goods and/or services promoted. Any matter related to them must be made directly before Vidafel, with address at Carretera Federal Cancún Playa del Carmen Km 48, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, México, C.P. 77710 and will be regulated by applicable Mexican laws. The courts with residence in Guadalajara, Jalisco, will have exclusive jurisdiction and competence for any matter related hereto.
