TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JUNGALA BEYOND PACKAGE
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") shall apply to purchases of the package called "Jungala Beyond" (the "Package") to visit the Jungala Aqua Experience water park (hereinafter "Jungala").
1. The Package shall be subject to these Terms including the following:
a) Jungala Beyond Adult 1: for people over ten (10) years old.
· One (1) entry to Jungala
· Towel inside Jungala
· Wi-Fi
· Parking
· Concierge Services
· One (1) food from the food carts
· One (1) dessert from the food carts
· Two (2) non-alcoholic beverages
· One (1) 30% (thirty percent) discount coupon on locker rentals
· One (1) 30% (thirty percent) off coupon for photo services
· One (1) 20% (twenty percent) off coupon at Spa Kuxtal
· One (1) 20% (twenty percent) discount coupon at Jungala stores (Bana Cabana or Bohanna Market).
· One (1) free slushie refill coupon
Rivera Mayan, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "RM") is responsible for the goods and/or services related to this Jungala Package. Any matter related thereto must be made directly to RM through the Call Center, at the box office, or at its address at Carretera Federal Cancun Playa del Carmen Km 48, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, C.P. 77710 and shall be governed by the applicable Mexican laws. The courts residing in Guadalajara, Jalisco, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and competence for any matter related to the present. The privacy and security of the personal data you provide are very important to us. b) Jungala Beyond Adult 2: for people over 65 (sixty-five) years old, pregnant women, and people with disabilities.

· Two (2) non-alcoholic beverages
· One (1) 30% (thirty percent) discount coupon on locker rentals

· One (1) 20% (twenty percent) discount coupon at Spa Kuxtal
· One (1) coupon for 20% (twenty percent) discount at Jungala stores (Bana Cabana or Bohanna Market).
· One (1) free slushie refill coupon
c) Jungala Beyond Kids: for children from 3 to 9 years old.
· One (1) entry to Jungala
· Towel inside Jungala
· Wi-Fi
· Parking
· Concierge Services
· One (1) food item from the children's menu from the food carts (mini hamburger or mini hot dog)
· One (1) dessert from the food carts
· One (1) non-alcoholic beverage
· One (1) free slushie refill coupon
2. The prices applicable to the Packages are as follows:
Jungala Beyond Adult 1 for people over ten (10) years old: $1,990.00 MXN (One thousand nine hundred ninety pesos 00/100 M.N.).
Jungala Beyond Adult 2 for people over 65 years old, pregnant women, and people with disabilities: $1,392.00 MXN (One thousand three hundred ninety-two pesos 00/100 M.N.).
Jungala Beyond Kids for children from 3 to 9 years old: $1,392.00 MXN (One thousand three hundred ninety-two pesos 00/100 M.N.).
Children under 3 years old enter free of charge.
3. Prices include taxes and service.
4. The Package, its products, and services may only be used and/or redeemed on the day of the visit to Jungala.
5. The coupons included in the Package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
6. Any additional products or services purchased during the redemption of the coupons, products, or services contained in the Package must be paid for at the same time.
7. The food and dessert included in the Package may only be consumed inside the Jungala food carts, based on the options presented on the day of your visit, and within the food carts operation schedule.
8. The coupons can only be redeemed on the day of your visit to Jungala and on the date indicated on them. Coupons must be stamped at the Jungala ticket office before entering the park to make them valid. Broken, crossed out, damaged, or amended coupons will not be accepted. If the coupons are damaged, you can go to the Jungala ticket office to exchange them, for one time only. If the coupons are lost, they will not be replaced. Coupons are non-transferable and are not for sale individually.
9. The coupons will not be applicable in areas or services other than those indicated in these Terms. Their use is expressly excluded for the restaurant "On The Waves" and Jungala’s "Cabanas”.
10. The photo discount coupon will be applicable only on the Memory Keeper Jungala Complete Family Package.
11. The Spa discount coupon will be applicable on the final prices of the current massage treatments, which are subject to availability.
12. The discount coupon in Jungala stores will not be applicable on pharmacy products, snacks, and beverages. This coupon can be used only one time on the total amount of the final bill.
13. The slushie refill coupon will be applicable for one time only on the purchase of a slushie of any size and any flavor available.
14. Access to Jungala is subject to availability. Temporary closure and/or change of hours of operation may vary and be modified without prior notice or liability for Jungala and/or Rivera Mayan, S.A. de C.V., for reasons such as (by way of example but not limited to) fortuitous event or force majeure, weather phenomena, remodeling, or area maintenance, among others.
15. Since it is a Package, the amounts paid will not be modified for any reason, are not refundable in case of no-show on the date reserved to access Jungala or due to failure to comply with the requirements set forth in these Terms. In case of closure of Jungala due to force majeure, meteorological events, power failures, or unscheduled maintenance, Jungala will apply the criteria set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase in force.
16. The cost of the Package does not include any additional products or services other than those indicated in these Terms, as well as consuming the food included in places other than the food court, beverages, cabin rentals, spa treatments, souvenirs, photographs or any other product or service other than the entrance to Jungala.
17. The Package is not cumulative with other promotions.
18. The Package is subject to change without notice and subject to availability of maximum capacity at Jungala, which will be determined at the discretion of the Jungala operating company.
