JUNGALA AQUA EXPERIENCE
Promotion Validity: From January 1st, to December 31st, 2025.
This promotion is valid for a 20% (twenty percent) discount off the public rate when purchasing your ticket(s) to visit Jungala Aqua Experience (hereinafter "Jungala"), subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"):
- When purchasing your ticket(s), you will receive a 20% (twenty percent) discount on the current public rate to visit Jungala by using the promotional code SPLASH20 at the time of purchase.
- The discount applies to "Jungala" packages.
- The promotion is valid for purchasing tickets to Jungala through the website www.jungala.com, the Customer Service Center by calling 800-509-7119, or directly at the Jungala ticket booths, using the promotional code SPLASH20. This promotion is limited to a maximum of 19 (nineteen) tickets per order and/or per person.
- Tickets purchased through this Promotion for access to Jungala can be used from from January 1st, to December 31st, 2025, during the operating days and hours published on the website www.jungala.com and/or at the entrance of Jungala. Access to Jungala is subject to availability, temporary closure, and/or changes in operating hours, which may vary and be modified without prior notice or liability for Jungala and/or Rivera Mayan, S.A. de C.V., due to reasons including, but not limited to, force majeure, weather events, remodeling, or maintenance of areas, among others.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
- This Promotion applies only to the purchase of tickets for Jungala Day Pass; no discount applies for Jungala Beyond. The ticket price does not include food and/or beverage consumption, cabin rentals, spa treatments, souvenirs, photos, or any other product or service other than admission to Jungala. Any additional products or services may be purchased separately.
- The Promotion is subject to change without prior notice and is subject to the maximum capacity of Jungala, as determined at the discretion of the operator.
Rivera Mayan, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "RM") is responsible for the promoted goods and/or services. Any issues related to them should be addressed directly to RM through the Customer Service and Reservation Center, at the ticket booths, or at the address located at Carretera Federal Cancún Playa del Carmen Km 48, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, C.P. 77710, and will be governed by the applicable Mexican laws. The courts in Guadalajara, Jalisco, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter related to this.
