PRE-PAY AND GET MORE FROM YOUR STAY

 

This promotion is valid for reservations with a check-in date before December 31st, 2026. All reservations are subject to availability. In order to book your vacations and pre-pay your resort credits, you must contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-292-9446, providing the promotion code “PREPAY”.

 

The pre-pay of resort credits will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.  This promotion is valid only for guests with a confirmed reservation and must be registered to their unit. The benefit is not transferrable.

2.  Reservations are subject to availability. Promotion is valid at all Vidanta destinations (“Destination”).

3.  The promotion is one-time only, non-cumulative with other promotion(s), and non-redeemable for cash.

4.  For reservations with check-in before December 31st, 2026: at the moment of making a reservation through the Customer Care Center, the guest will have the opportunity to pay in advance an amount of resort credits of $1,900.00 (One thousand nine hundred dollars 00/100 USD), receiving at the time of check-in at the Destination the amount equivalent to $250.00 (Two hundred and fifty dollars 00/100 USD) as a bonus for the prepayment of your credits. The total amount of $2,150.00 (Two thousand one hundred and fifty dollars 00/100 USD) will be applied towards the bill at the Destination at the moment of check-out, and will be applied using the exchange rate published at the front desk.

5.  Resort credits do not apply toward payment of the resort fee, nor for services provided by third parties at the destinations. Resort credits can only be used for services provided by the destination, including Jungala Aqua Experience and Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ at Vidanta Riviera Maya and Cirque du Soleil LUDŌ at Vidanta Vallarta-Nuevo Nayarit.

6. The resort credits can’t be used towards the payment of local or state lodging taxes, or any environmental sanitation rights.

7.  The resort credit must be applied during the corresponding reservation and may not be used during additional or future reservations.

8.  The pre-paid resort credits cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

9.  In case that the reservation is canceled, the pre-paid amount by the guest is 100% refundable, as long as the request is done by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-800-292-9446 at least 30 days before the scheduled reservation check-in. Please take into consideration that time for the reimbursement of the pre-paid amount can vary according to each individual banking institution and can take up to 30 business days to be reflected in your account.
